Delete your Plexcoach account

You can delete your Plexcoach account and all associated data yourself, at any time, free of charge — with or without the app installed. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Option 1 — on the web (no app needed)

1. Sign in at app.plexcoach.com/settings.
2. Scroll to Delete account & data.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete everything.

Option 2 — in the app

1. Open Plexcoach on your phone.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account & data.
3. Confirm as prompted.

What gets deleted

Everything: your account record (name, email), all audio recordings, transcripts, notes and knowledge cards, development goals, todos, voiceprint, connected-calendar and chat links, and any copies you shared with teammates. Server data is end-to-end encrypted to begin with; deletion removes your encrypted content, your encrypted audio, your chat links and every wrapped copy of your key, so nothing that could ever decrypt your data remains on our side. One exception, kept on purpose: a todo you shared with a teammate stays in their list with your name removed, so their work is not deleted with your account. Encrypted backup copies rotate out automatically within 30 days.

Deleting individual content instead

You don't have to delete the whole account: individual recordings, notes, and your voiceprint can each be deleted inside the app or web app without closing the account. If you want to keep a copy of your data, ask for one first: e-mail support@plexcoach.com from the address on your account and we send you a full copy within a month, free of charge, with instructions for reading it. Deleting is irreversible — we cannot recover anything afterwards.
